Please donate to help The Children In Need

logoThe rowing challenge that saw its birth 5 years ago by Daniel Abela is now back – longer and tougher. Following the successful completion of the single handed row between Sicily and Malta which raised in excess of €90k to help families with terminally sick children, this time round, in July, Daniel, Neville and Ruben will attempt to row between Sardinia and Malta. The distance of nearly 600km will require between 8 to 10 days of rowing, relying solely on their strength, determination and commitment to make it back.

The beneficiaries of all the funds that will be raised through the Children in Need Foundation, will be ‘Puttinu’, ‘Inspire’ and other cases or projects that have children at their centre.

In collaboration with ‘Puttinu’ funds raised will provide payment for a dream holiday for seriously sick children and their families, giving them the opportunity to spend valuable quality time together and enjoy memorable moments.

For ‘Inspire’  Malta’s first educational centre specifically aimed to assist children with learning disabilities such as authism, dyslexia and other conditions that hinder the children’s learning ability will be set up.

Any  remaining funds will be used to see through other project/s and/or individual cases that involve children, who are facing hardship.

Should you decide to make a donation please send your cheque payable to: The Children in Need Foundation’, 217/1 21st September Avenue, Naxxar NXR 1013.
