Continuing the world culinary tour, Eneko of Aziamendi is visiting Malta for 100 days.
Chef Eneko hails from a family of wine producers that has always placed value in good food, with the majority of family life happening around the dinner table. Eneko once stated ‘my style of cooking is as much me as my DNA.” At the tender age of 15, Eneko embarked on his career as a chef at the Catering College of Leoia in the province of Biscay. In December 2013, he opened a new restaurant Aziamendi at Iniala, Thailand’s most luxurious hotel focused on Design, Art and Gastronomy. He is Spain’s youngest ever 3 Michelin Star Chef and has recently been voted the No. 26 Chef in the world by San Pellegrino.
Aziamendi’s incredible food will be served in the magnificent Sala overlooking St George’s Square. Each month Eneko will create special menus focused on using the finest Mediterranean products fused with his masterful cooking techniques. (6 Course Menu €79)
