Bolt offer contactless delivery

Starting today, we’re introducing contactless delivery for all Bolt Food orders in an effort to help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

To ensure the highest possible standards of safety, we’ve decided to avoid any contact between platform users: restaurants, couriers and customers.

What you need to do?

Place orders as usual, but before you submit your order, always add a note to the courier explaining where they can leave your food to avoid direct contact with you. As a general rule, the distance between you and the courier must be at least 2 metres.

Please be as specific as possible when writing your note. E.g. explain that the order should be left on a table outside the front door, a chair, or another horizontal surface.

This is a new process and will take some time to adjust. Please be patient and help our delivery partners make the process as easy as possible.
