The Batch Cook Lady

This is where we are right now. Cook once to fill plates over two or three days. Simple, nourishing, and timesaving. Perfect for those reluctant cooks and those who are juggling a million things

This book may be entitled Simply, but it could also be called Delicious. Flavour packed food that is richly spiced and transports you to exotic places. This is on my wish list!
It follows the awesome Persiana and Feasts, which are really indulgent foods that are showstoppers when entertaining.

The kitchen goddess is back with Cook, Eat, Repeat. It’s no fuss, no filter, and no holding back. And hey, I want to look like her at 60 so I’m definitely happy to have what she’s having!
I believe I have all Nigella Lawson’s books and this will be poured over till the next one is released.

Another favourite is Ottolenghi. I’m that customer that cannot choose when in his store, so the books keep me busy when planning a culinary trip. Lots of vegetarian options but what they lack in meat, they make up for in taste.
Perfectly titled, the hardback is coming soon.

How Nadiya Hussein finds time to cook is beyond me. Family, publishing empire, TV presenter/host, and all-round lovely woman….. Her latest cookbook is full of the recipes in her Nadya Bakes TV series which got many through ‘lockdown v1’.
Time to order yours for v2 coming soon. And this blueberry on a scone base pizza will be the first thing we try!

If you have gotten this far you might need the latest Pinch Of Nom book. This time the slimming recipes are billed as quick and easy.
Maybe one for January – pre-order now as it’s unlikely to arrive by Christmas anyway. Let us know what you think.
