Mix 200g rice flour with 1 egg, a tsp salt, and one of turmeric and a drop of sunflour oil and slowly whisk in 400ml coconut milk. Make thin pancakes from this. I filled mine with julienne of carrot, spring onions, mange tout, enoki mushrooms and fresh coriander and drizzled a sauce (40ml lime juice, tbsp sesame oil, tbsp brown sugar, one of rice wine vinegar and one of kecap manis, grated ginger and garlic to taste). Good at any time of year and made in miniature, great as a starter
