Chestertons Make The Right Move

Property experts Chestertons Malta, led by the enterprising Christopher J. Pace, have expanded their operations to the point where the company has just relocated to the top floor of the Melita Court building on Ta’Xbiex seafront. This move coincides with an upgrade to Chesterton’s global brand identity and the quintessential British property company is now even more international than in their dignified colonial past, Malta making up a corner of the new global empire that spans 4 continents, with international offices across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and South Africa.
Chesterton

Mr. Pace brought the Chestertons brand to Malta two years ago and the uptake on this bespoke premium service has been very encouraging, resulting in this new investment to further strengthen the company’s ability to serve the prestige property market which has expanded considerably in Malta. Luxury property has undergone a renaissance on the Maltese Islands, with the country becoming increasingly attractive for residency and investment by high net worth individuals.

Mr. Pace says, “The product has changed dramatically over the years with newly built mixed use lifestyle developments like Portomaso,Tigne Point, Pender Gardens and SmartCity with others in the pipeline like Metropolis Towers and Xemxija Heights. In the case of SmartCity this is a commercial office-focused development being a joint venture between the Maltese and Dubai governments with high-end offices on the seafront that are finished to the best of London or New York’s top office finishes. This was the right time for us to take the next step in establishing Chestertons to serve a demanding clientele interested in the best of what the Mediterranean has to to offer.”
