Shall you climb out of your past,

You’ll build bridges that will last;

Climb the qualms out your mind’s eye,

Shallow truth that is a lie;

Aspirations under one’s Sun;

Pleading that I come undone,

lust for hands that would receive

All the love I crave to give;

Without whims I step aside,

Colorless sounds of my pride;

just a pace of keys in light

Keeping angels out of plight;

Facing troubles to convey

the world’s turning ego’s sway,

candid sisters of the soul

asking that I lose control;

Thus the prayers that I sound;

reasons faith that shall astound

clarity of one’s content…

…on my skin embeds his scent.
