Recipe for a mug :
3 table spoon of flour (30 g)
1 table spoon of sugar (13 g)
1 table spoon of brown sugar (13 g)
1 table spoon of melted butter (14 g)
1 egg yolk
2 table spoon well rounded of milk chocolate chips
1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
How to do it
Take a mug
Put the butter inside and melt it
Add the sugar, vanilla and salt
Mix well
Add egg yolk and mix well
Add flour, and mix well to avoid lumps
The texture of the dough must be soft, neither too solid nor too liquid
Add chocolate chips
Flatten the dough with a spoon
Cook in the microwave at 70C for 30 seconds, if necessary anneal in increments of 10 seconds
The top of the cookie should not be soft, but be careful not to overcook
