Desk Yoga by Sanya – Hamstring Stretch

Sitting up straight in a chair, raise one leg keeping the knee bent, place hands just above the back of the knee joint and bring towards your chest.

You should feel a stretch in the hamstring.

From here you can straighten your leg out straight in front to feel a deeper stretch.
