I learned a new trick this week on how to store my favourite herb, coriander. Place the stems in a glass of cold water and put a plastic bag over the leaves and the glass and keep in the fridge. No more wilted coriander – and the flavour seems to intensify too. Don’t just use it as a garnish for currys and soups, try this simple recipe or just add it to salads to perk them up!
