Try the latest culinary revolution at an event being held in London this August.

This unique occasion will feature an exquisite four course menu designed to showcase the possibilities of insect cuisine, with each innovative dish paired with a bespoke Grey Goose cocktail.

By purchasing a ticket, you’ll be supporting Ento’s vision to introduce insects to Western cuisine. ‘Eat Ento’ seeks to defy popular preconceptions by demonstrating how insects can be used to create a dining experience of the very highest quality. Ento seek to use this exciting opportunity to build acceptance in our culture that insects can be a genuinely delicious and sustainable source of food.

Each night, Ento will be present to introduce each course and encourage any feedback as they seek to bring their ambitious vision to life.

Tickets are £75 each and include a Grey Goose Le Fizz and insect canapé reception followed by a four course dinner and accompanying cocktails. All ticket proceeds go to Ento.

‘Eat Ento’ will take place at a secret London location in SE1. You will receive the address when you purchase your tickets.

Please note that all dishes served on the night will contain insects, and may not be suitable for people with an allergy to shellfish.
