Fire festival marking Spring

Edinburgh hosts the Beltane Fire Festival on April 30th every year.

The event is presented as ‘investigative theatre’; set outdoors and with no physical barriers. Performances begin around 9.30pm and you will experience a free flowing evening of entrainment and an immersive experience. The organisers suggest you ‘head to the high ground and then follow the sound of drumming’.

The festival is for the free spirited!
