Apple’s newest iPad, the iPad Air is now available from GO. Priced at €649, it is also available for €50 to GO customers on a Limitless 99 Plan. The iPad Air is run by a 64-bit Apple A7 chipset which makes the device more powerful and faster despite being both thinner and lighter than its predecessors.
GO is the first in Malta to offer the iPad Air to its customers. It’s only 7.5 millimetres thin and weighs just 478 grammes. The 2,048 by 1,536 pixel Retina display screen is framed by a thinner bezel further improving the viewing experience. The device has double the processing power of its predecessor and runs on iOS 7, making it easy to work and live with. GO is stocking the Wi-Fi + Cellular model of the iPad Air. This model uses two antennae instead of one and MIMO (Multiple Input and Multiple Output) technology, which allows for significantly greater volumes of data to be processed without increasing bandwidth.
