Nihon Tai Jitsu it’s an art originated from others styles such as karate, judo, nihon jujitsu, shironji kenpo and aikido. The result is a dynamic style focusing mainly on defence. Nihon taijitsu is the evolving living martial arts.

All Session are thought by qualified instructors recognised by the KMS and the World federation, Certified recognised by the MQC (Malta Qualification Certificate), the World federation and Japan.

Nihon Tai Jitsu sessions are held every:

• Tuesday from 6.00pm to 7.30pm
• Saturday from 4.00pm to 5.30pm
• Adults only 15 yrs upwards
• Location: San Gwann
• Price: €100/ every 3 months
