“Discovering Torre Rosazza Wines” a wine tasting dinner, is being held at Al Molo Restaurant Portomaso with chef Andrew Pace taking care of the food, which will be expertly paired with wines from Iv Cellars.
During this event, one will have the opportunity to savour the highly awarded Torre Rosazza Wines Friuli; the Ribolla Gialla which is currently proclaimed the best of all Ribolla by the “Guida Vini Buoni d’Italia”, the Sauvignon and the Fruiliano, both highly rated wines by Wine spectator.
Mouth-watering lemon and tangerine aromas, riper fruit flavours of apricot, melon and a touch of mango, creamed apple and orchard blossom, marasca cherry and blackberry pie notes ending with aromatic scents of honey and white peaches…… What a spectrum!
