MTV’s annual live music extravaganza Isle of MTV has once again rocked Mediterranean hot spotMalta, with international superstars Jessie J, Rita Ora, Rudimental and Afrojack giving 50,000 music fans a night to remember. For the seventh consecutive year, the spectacular Il-Fosos Square in Floriana played host to one of the biggest nights on the international music calendar, delivered in partnership with Malta Tourism Authority. The show will air across all MTV channels around the world in a 60-minute Isle of MTV Malta programme from 03 August and it will also air as part of the World Stage franchise.
For the first time ever, this year’s stage was transformed into a digital stargate – an amazing tunnel of artificial lights, focusing the crowd’s attention on a central LED screen creating a mesmerising 3D effect.
To see the very best of Isle of MTV 2013, the open-air concert will broadcast as a 60-minute Isle of MTV Malta show across MTV’s international network of channels and platforms from 03 August, as well as part of the MTV World Stage franchise.
Delivered through a successful partnership with Malta Tourism Authority for the seventh year, Isle of MTV and has become one ofthe must-attend highlights of the summer music calendar, attracting fans from all over Europe to party in one of the most entrancing settings in the Mediterranean.
