It’s a wee pea wrap!

peasAdd 200g frozen peas to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain and add 3 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp light tahini paste, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp ground cumin and a tbsp. of olive oil. Season and add chili flakes if desired to the peas and blast in a food processor until a paste is formed.  Use this mixture to fill 2 tortilla wraps, a handful of washed lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and cucumber. Roll and cut as required
