Lenten fast? Be Good 4 GOOD! With Cynergi’s new Weight Management Programme

‘good4GOOD’ – Cynergi’s Weight Management Programme, sponsored by Nestlé Fitness, is a new concept being introduced for those wanting to make a lifestyle change and live a healthier life.  The idea behind this programme is to provide participants with the tools needed in order to transform, without having to make drastic changes that seem impossible to keep. The aim is to help individuals feel good for good, one step at a time. The programme includes a number of sessions taking place over a period of 14 weeks and will be covering a variety of topics, all designed to help individuals reach their goals. Starting from the 18^th March, sessions will take place on Mondays from 6pm-7.30pm, with the final wrap up session on the 24^th June.

Different from our previous programmes, Cynergi is now providing a much more detailed course, together with the tools needed for success. Focusing on interaction within a group environment, members are given the chance to share their experiences with one another as well as participate in group discussions and brain storming sessions. Together with a Weight Management Facilitator, you will be given important nutritional advice and slowly introduced to physical fitness in a way that is easy and enjoyable. Our goal is to assist our members in their journey, making permanent changes in small manageable steps.

The programme is being offered to a limited number of individuals for €175. The price includes a weekly detailed diet plan as well as use of Cynergi gym. Members will learn what they should be eating and also when to eat. Also, simple nutritional concepts will be introduced to ensure success through this journey. Body fat analysis and regular weigh-ins will take place, allowing our professionals to give feedback and guide individuals in making better choices for even better results!
