Dice a red onion and fry in a knob of butter or ghee, Add 1 tsp of each ground cumin, ground coriander, ground fenugreek and turmeric to the pan and coat the onions. Shred handful of meat per person and add this in, and once coated, add a can of tomatoes, stir through and water as necessary. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes and serve with rice. You can use any white meat -rabbit or chicken for example, or use green bananas for a vegetarian option!
