If you are out of ideas and looking for some guidance with keeping your children occupied as well as learning new things, there are many online resources at our finger tips.
I’ve found a great handful full of all rounders that have amazing relatable and doable content and find myself going back to, or looking forward to their new posts. There are so many similar groups, pages and blogs out there, it can be overwhelming and you can get a bit lost in all the options if you don’t immediately relate to one. Hopefully I can help to narrow it down a bit if you’re not sure where or what to look for, especially with small children where we don’t have a study plan to follow.
If you haven’t already heard of Nakita from “The Mama Manual” you should definitely check her out. She has a fantastic blog and Instagram page focussing on getting the most out of your time, really practical and helpful stuff! She also seems really lovely and very involved with her followers. The expert of experts when it comes to the likes of batch cooking and organisation as well as hacks, tips and tricks! Most of all she is so relatable and down to earth.
To help ease your mind and worries, there’s a lovely new group on facebook called “Happy Mind – support for children, parents and care givers” set up by the wonderful and inspiring Lorinda Mamo from A Bird With A French Fry
There a daily posts from group members, particularly Lorinda, reminding us that it’s ok to not feel ok and some daily encouragement and feel good pieces. Check out here

My friend recommended this insta page, normally they run classes in Ireland for babies and toddlers but since isolation they have really emphasized their play labs. Every Thursday and Thursday at 12pm (Maltese time) For toddlers and 1pm (Maltese time) for babies there is an interactive play lab which the kids love. Conor loves when she says hello to him after we send a wave! Cute!
