If you have over done it and want a healthy, tasty and simple supper, try broccoli steak.
Preheat the oven to 190 Celsius, cut the broccoli in inch thick slices and lay on a flat baking tray.
Drizzle over these a good measure of quality olive oil and season. Place in the over for about 30 minutes, just till the florets are tinged with burn.
Add more olive oil to taste, yummy with cous cous the day after.
