This vinagrette will make salads a little more interesting, trust me.
Combine 1tsp of line zest and 60ml of line juice with a small bunch of coriander leaves (chopped) a glug of tequila, a handful of small minced shallots and 175ml vegetable oil.
Whisk vigorously and season. Refrigerate till needed.
