My way of getting kimchi in to the family.
1 cup rice flour
1 large egg
Half a cup chopped cabbage kimchi
1 cup squid / calamari
3 inches of leek, chopped finely
Boil the squid for 3 minutes and chop finely
Chop the kimchi to a similar size
Mix the egg and flour and add the chopped ingredients.
Fry in butter until browned and flip to cook the other side.
Serve warm with spinach and a splash of fish and soya sauce.
