2 cups vermicelli
2 ½ cups full fat milk
4-6 cardamom pods
¾ cup sugar
In a hot non stick pan, melt ghee and cook vermicelli till they turn golden.
Add milk and cardamom and on low heat allow to cook. Stir continuously.
When milk is bubbling, add sugar and continue mixing till sugar is dissolved and milk reduces a bit.
Remove cardamom pods, serve chilled
