Emirates is offering double Skywards Miles to travellers travelling from Malta in any class – Economy Class, Business Class and First Class – to selected destinations in China, Malaysia, South Africa and Thailand.
Emirates Skywards, the frequent flyer programme of Emirates, brings members closer to their dream holiday or business trip. One can visit the modern metropolis of Kuala Lumpur, feel the pulse of Thailand’s vibrant capital Bangkok, uncover ancient history in Beijing, or explore two fascinating cities of Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa. Members can also double their Miles when they fly to Shanghai and Guangzhou (China), Phuket (Thailand) and Durban (South Africa).
The Malta Double Miles offer is applicable to Emirates Skywards members resident in Malta for bookings and travel on Emirates flights from 15 January to 31 March 2014. The double Miles offer is also open to new members who join Emirates Skywards online by the 31 March 2014 to take advantage of this special offer. Terms and conditions apply.
Joining Emirates Skywards is free and members receive benefits every time they fly. There are four membership tiers – Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Benefits for Skywards members include travel and lifestyle rewards, priority check-in, lounge access, extra baggage allowance and bonus Miles, depending on the membership tier.
“Skywards has become the programme of choice for travellers,” said Paul Fleri Soler, Emirates Malta Manager. “Members can redeem Miles for flights on Emirates, and other partner airlines, including Qantas and easyJet, for flight upgrades, hotel accommodation, and from The Emirates High Street featuring an extensive range of global luxury brands and everyday items and accessories.”
Miles earned from one return flight in this promotion will be enough for an immediate redemption/ flight on Emirates’ partner easyJet. In addition, Miles can be used for tickets to matches of Emirates-sponsored football clubs, such as AC Milan, Arsenal, Hamburger SV, New York Cosmos, Olympiacos, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid. Redemption opportunities are consistently being expanded.
On board Emirates’ state-of-the-art fleet, travellers can relax in comfort while they enjoy world-class service and regionally inspired cuisine. With up to 1,600 channels of movies, TV, music and games to choose from on ice inflight entertainment, there is plenty to keep passengers entertained along the journey.
Emirates operates daily scheduled flights from Malta to Dubai. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays flights fly via Larnaka, Cyprus. While on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, Emirates operates direct flights from Dubai to Malta and return flights fly via Tripoli.
