Maybe you’ve been curious about yoga but felt shy to start a class, or just been too busy…if so then maybe our new online class structure might suit you really well.
The benefits are so good for both our physical and mental bodies, in fact the Harvard Medical school said in its latest health guidelines about coping with Corona Virus anxiety that yoga, meditation and controlled breathing are “tried and tested ways to relax”
We would really love to keep supporting our community in any way possible and we are lucky enough that through Facebook we can make things so easy for everyone to come together online and keep practicing.
We are offering a monthly subscription of €25 that will give you full access to a private Facebook group where our teachers will be streaming their classes live online. But don’t worry, if you miss the class, you may access it at a later day/time! We will also include some express pre-recorded 20min classes for people on the go. All levels are welcome including complete beginners.
This group will also be used to share inspiration, educational posts about yoga and wellness and as a space for communication and support to keep us motivated. Classes have started and you can view the timetable here.
