Eden Leisure Group signed an exclusive agreement with high-end design and build contractor, Auntielucy, part of the VF Group of Companies, entrusting them with the architecture and interior design, the construction and fit out of its new projects. These projects include the construction of three new floors on top of the existing InterContinental Malta with 30 luxury suites together with refurbishment of all its existing suites including the Executive lounge and an exclusive roof top pool deck and sun lounge; the new 100 room Holiday Inn Express, Casino Malta and the 3000 square metre InterContinental Arena Conference Centre (IACC). The design works for all projects commenced already, with various site works well underway. Demolition works at the Holiday Inn Express and Casino Malta site just started, the construction works at the InterContinental Malta are well underway and the interior finishes at the InterContinental Arena Conference Centre are nearing completion.
